New York Bagel

Multi-grain, whole wheat, everything, sesame or cinnamon raisin.  Toppings available are cream cheese, flavored cream cheese, non-dairy cream cheese, flavored non-dairy cream cheese, avocado.

Avocado Toast

Fresh avocado smashed on toasted multi-grain bread with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon juice.  Served with a side of market greens.  Substitute gluten-free toast available.

Breakfast Burrito

Stuffed with our tofu scramble, brown rice, bean of the day, and vegan sour cream-your choice of dairy or non-dairy cheese. Served with a side of market greens.  Substitute gluten-free wrap available.

Tofu Scramble of the Day

Organic non-GMO tofu scrambled up with a daily assortment of fresh vegetables.  Served with a side of market greens and multi-grain toast.  Substitute gluten-free toast.

Vegan Mini-‘Quiche’ of the Day

Besan (chick-pea flour) based and chock full of a daily assortment of fresh herbs and vegetables. Served with our vegan chipotle mayo and a side of market greens.

Happy Trails Granola

House-made with organic, gluten-free oats, quinoa, a variety of nuts and seeds, nut butter, and topped off with a touch of raw agave. Available with organic yogurt or non-dairy yogurt.
